Porting and Polishing

I am looking into get my motor ported and polished and I was not sure if it truly adds a good amount of power? I already have milled my head, wesico piston, v-force reeds, 30mm carb, full exhaust, and uni air filter.

yeah port and polished 200cc can beat a vitos 240 Big Bore. so porting plus the right pipe and carb can make a awesome turnout.

Yea the difference is huge. You already have a pipe and 30mm carb so porting your 200cc cylinder will match right up.

i don't really know anything about that alien pipe so it's hard to say exactly how much juice you'll be able to get out of your motor, but i will say that the p&p (done by the right dude, i personally ALWAYS recommend kennedy_power, he's super engine smart) is the single most effective mod i've done. like it's real power. real engine power. more than just a bolt on.
of course, having the right pipe will make all the difference in the world too.

porting the cylinder and redesigning the head aren't just upgrades to the motor......they are correcting an innate manufacturing flaw.
the stock porting is actually restricting the motor's ability.
