thats the way to go, thats kinda like what i use at work but i use scorpion products stainless kit, and i use it on aluminum to, word of advice to save some time with using the bars..

if that white bar is the final one like our stuff is, use it for half the normal time you would, than clean the metal off and hit it with the same wheel for the final step using mothers mag/ alum polish... trust me i just did it today and it saved me about a half our of work!!

and for thoughs of you that dont know..when your sanding, when you change grits change the direction of your sanding

I like to go in an + direction when i change grits. Go - the first way then the other way.

Yes sir. Wet sanded the whole thing. Like i said before pics are hard to get of polished pieces. My hands were also greasy while putting the cover on so it left "dull" looking marks. I quick slipped it on for a pic. Trust me, this thing is flawless. The pics are terrible. I was just looking at them thinking damn these pics make it look like crap!

yeah iv learned the best polished pics need to be taken outside on a sunny day not in direct sunlight. like i said i wasnt critisising your work, i noticed after lookin back that it wasnt very bright when you took them pics...

now just keep up on it and you wont have to bust your ass again.. clean it after every ride and rub it out with mothers once a week denpending on how much you ride

thats where alot of people fail they dont keep up on the shine

No no man. I didnt take it the wrong way at all. Ill get some better pics next week though. Thats when the raptors final goodies come in plus my Pc'ing should be done by then :)

Lol I would but thats your thing stroker. As much as I would want to, its not bothering me too much and I dont feel like taking the motor out, ripping the cylinder apart, stripping it, polishing it, then putting it back together. That motors a little bit heavier than a blaster motor :D
