plastic compatability

if i have an 04 frame, but plastic from a 2000..will the plastic work on the 04 frame?

dont feel like having to buy all new plastic but if i have to ill start peicing now

From 1988-2006 Yamaha used the exact same plastics (minus the colors) for the blaster. The only thing they did change body wise was the hood.
