i am having no luck jetting my 34mm pj carb. i seem to have gotten the main jet pretty close but i have tryed everyone of my pilots jets AND I CANNOT GET ANY CONSISTENT FEEDBACK. i tryed idling it up and i have adjusted the air screw numerous times, and still no idle results or no airscrew adjustment results. PLEASE HELP!!!! thanks

i have a leakdown tester but no pump to put air to it lol. could an air leak cause the bike not to idle or give poor results for jetting? i thought and air leak leaned out the circut causing it to idle high and hard to come back to idle after stabbing the throttle sudden but smooth?

id try a 30 or 35 and work your way down...you cant be too far off with a 30 or 35 i wouldnt imagine...

my carb is clean and my compression is of 120- 123 lbs . my needle is ceg and awk told me to go with dgh needle

hmmm, yeah there are differant needles being used but i know that mine idles like a dream and responds almost instantly when i play with my idle adjustment. 162 main, 55 pilot, 1.5 turns out, needle 4th clip, CEL needle

no i havnt checked it. how do i check the float level? seems everyone thsat has this carb has pretty much the same issuse. ima call vitos like someone else did and see what they say i guess. im tired of guessing and dont wanna buy a needle that i know will or wont work.

the spec for float height is in the link that noober posted. read through that whole thread if you haven't already. tons and tons of great info
