Picked up a 94 Blasty for $600

I recently got a 1994 Blasty for $600. This is now my 2nd Blaster. It came with VF3 Reeds, and a K&N Pod Air Filter. It also has a FMF SST Pipe with a Power Core II Silencer???? (Should this pipe be paired with a Power Core II? On RockyMountainATVMC.com it says to only use the SST Silencer).

A gasket on the bottom end is also bad (it leaks trans oil pretty good). And it didn't have any plastics on it. It might have more done to it but I dont know. This Blasty punches a lot harder than my 2000 though. All in all I think I got a good geal.

u should take all the good parts off that one and put the better ones on ur 2000 and use the rest of the other as parts incase u break somthin

I need 2 bikes though. Me and my gf ride together. I sold my YFZ cause I couldnt afford the $150 payment anymore. DAMN RECESSION!!! So I got this cheap one to fix up.

ya id make the new bike a stock one and put all the after market parts on your good one

The 2000 had weak compression (barely 100 pounds) so I'm redoing the rings, gaskets, and putting on VF3 Reeds. I allready purchased a Fatty Pipe and Power Core II Silencer. The Fatty is going on the 1994 because it has a SST with a Power Core II Silencer and I dont want it like that. The Power Core II is going on the 2000 with the stock pipe untill I can get another Fatty or a F7.

I also just purchased a full set of black and white plastics and a red and black seat for $100. So now the 2 bikes look the same besides the stickers on the 2000. lol

dude that sst with the powercore is fine. they make silencers that are different for the sst but it is still called a powercore II. use the new stuff on the bike that is stock and keep the sst there
