performance issues. please read and give opinions

its not blaster related but i have an rm 125 2 stroke and im having some difficulties. in first and second it wont reach full powerband it stops short and doesnt rev out compleatly but once i put it in third it straightens itself out and takes off. iv gone through the carb and cleaned it. i was thinking top end needs work but the fact that it cleans itself up throws me off. any ideas would be greatly appretiated!
 
it could be clogged exuast i need to go threw it i bought it this weekend as for the reeds ill check them but the guy had boysens in it and it looked pretty new. think it could be just poorly tuned? its also not ideling and will back fire so i know its rich
 
Does it want to idle. Wat does the smoke look like comein out the back i had somewhat of the same problem it fell flat on its face through frist and second but in thrid it came alive my problem was my clutch side crank seal if the smoke that comein out the back is white then pit ur hand at the back of the exhuast and rev it up and if ur hand is full of oil then u have a bad oil seal

it does not want to idle and the smoke is white i can check it this weekend. how hard was it to replace? what all didi you have to do to fix it?
 
well more or less are there seals on both sides? i take it yes? how hard are they to remove and reinstall and how much time and money do you think it would take???
 
Well i hate to tell u bro but u probly have a bad oil seal know i never work on a dirt bike so i cant be to sure how hard it will be for u but it will probly have to take the hole clutch system apart probly it will take u bout 3 hours its not that hard
 
Yes im 90% sure that ur oil seal is bad but u caj check ur carb take it apart and have any piolts jets put the lowest one u have in it and see if it will idle but ur oil seal is bad
 
alright i have confirmed its seals its pissing a white fluid out of my exhuast valve that is a mix of coolent and oil. now does anyone know if that could have destroyed my main bearings and crank?
