I will be boring my stock cylinder ,im doing a top end rebuild will I need to rejet the carb? If so im missing some screws like the air screw and I believe one other will a rebuild kit come with those missing parts ?

you will have to rejet with almost all engine mods. and idk about the carb
 
Yes its for a stock carb,everything in it looks in good shape,i believe the screw for idiling and air are missing
 
No need to rejet for a re-bore. But, you will need that air screw(no way to tune accurately without it) and do some plug chops to get the jetting right. Make sure you use either OEM or Cometic gaskets.

Ok the part number for air screw is- Yamaha #10-W-14104-00-00

Don't have the idle screw number and yamaha doesn't list it as a seperate item just has tors assembly.
