Painting the stock rims

I was wondering if anyone has painted the stock rims and what paint worked the best. I was thinking of going with Transtar 6134 2K Epoxy Primer Black, 1-Quart. I sprayed my 5.0 Mustang hood with this stuff...????

i painted my stock rims back in january. turned out nice, but already see a few knicks of paint out from normal rocks and debris, but still look good!

i used dupli-color high performance wheel coating. all metalic. also used dupli color primer and clear coat. did 2-3 coats of primer............ALSO sanded the wheels down not completely, but to get a rough surface

2-3 coats of paint

then topped it off with 3 light coats of clear coat, and your good to go!

wally world spray paint, $2 a can so you can touch up as needed for little expence

personaly I us omni automotive urathane, but it gets pricey and some don't have access to spray equipment, and the wlly world paint works good I:I
