Painted the stator cover, hood, and tank cover, and installed wally lights today

The stator cover is the same red thats on the hood, i know it looks kinda orange in the pics.

Not worried about it. looks 100x better than it did before and i won't get gas on it. They make these things called towels and funnels i think i might try using them, but i know the gas will take the paint off.

Thanks its not perfect but i only had 320 grit sandpaper and no clear coat. If i had around 600 grit sandpaper and some 0000 steel wool and some clear coat it would look and last better/longer

ya you need to get some clear on it. because it wont last long without clear.
