ok well it is a pos but i m working on it. Ever since i got this damn thing ive had nothing but problems ive had to replace the motor mounts the were broke change the spark plug replace all kinds of bolts and just bought everyday i notice something else. I finally got it ready to actually ride took it out and rode bout 10 mins later it looses all its power and u have to hold in the clutch and bumo the throttle jjust to keep it from dying then when it finally gains some power will run for a min the backfire and loose all its power again whats up with this thing? is it the carb or the tors or what plz help i would love to get this running b4 this weekend:-/

sounds like it could be the tors.but i would also clean your carb

have you jetted it correctly? check the color of the spark plug.

see i told my dad i was gonna take that damn tors off that it didnt do anything but whatever i guess ill look in the diy and see how to do it take them off and clean the carb my first thought was the tors my friends blasters messed up the first day. y did yamaha put that tors on there?

the spark plug was a charcoal black color when i replaced it

a simple way to test the tors is to simply unplug it from the top of the carb

Its the only electrical connection on the thing.

o ihavent even looked at it yet lol ill unplug it and check it out
