Hey guys, I have a 2001 Blaster, I recently had a mechanic redo the top end and install a new carb. It runs perfectly. However, when I'm at idle, and I rev it beyond I'd say 70% throttle, it seems to get stuck in constant revving. It'll just stay at high rpms. Throttle cable does not seem to be sticking either. I can also continue to rev it while it's stuck in this mode. Putting down the choke will lower the rpms as long as I catch it before it shuts off, and it'll continue running normal after until I give it gas again. Does the carb need to be adjusted? Or do I have a leak somewhere? How would I find this out? Thanks in advance.
