Hello boys,
I got a nasty problem with my carb just last month quad was normal i filled up one afternoon and turned my gas valve on as soon as i turned it the gas went threw my carb and out the overflow constantly. I started the quad it runs but still leaks i have taken the carb off and put another used one on that was perfectly fine when i took it off another blaster. I have replaced the jet and also checked my floats to make sure they are actually floating i cannot figure out why it is overflowing so much and whenever i want to go ride i see a trail of money falling on the ground. soo anyone who can get back to me would bee great!

try the above mentioined remedies, or get the rebuild kit, be sure to set the float height to 20~21.5mm
and the bong water flowing out the overflow will be solved
hahaaaaaaaaa

my brother once had a similar problem but couldnt get to the bottom of it, checked everything, eventually, he found the fuel line from the tank was being eaten by the fuel and was disintergrating, resulting in bits of rubber being stuck in the float/needle pin fuel way. so inspect carefully and blast out the carb/s with compressed air. do as the guys mentioned with regard to float levels and being stuck etc!
