other mods after a 240cc kit

i got my 240cc kit in and Im wonderin what else i need to do after i get it other than port and polishing tha head

Bigger carb, better pipe (F7, dyno port ect.), oil block off kit to to start off with. Then your going to want to upgrade the suspension.

is there anything else to do with tha engine?
or do i got everything pretty much sumed up?

3mm stroker crank would compliment the setup well.You should think about a barnett clutch kit with hd springs.Mod the shift star.That should be pretty good for you along with the above comments.

Dont forget to rejet it. So it works better with the mods.

I recommend a forged piston if your kit came with a cast one, better reliability

Forget the air box, put a BIG! pod filter on it. and supposedly the Vito's "Fat Bastard" pipe is the best for a 240.
