Im rebuilding my engine right now and im about to put the two halves of the case back together, the manual says to apply lithium grease to the Oil seal lips first. Its on page 102 of the pdf manual. Im not really sure what its referring to so Im gonna wait until someone can shed some light. :-D

I guess its probably referring to the crank seal if it is installed when you put the two halves back together.
What I need to know now is how to install the crank oil seal, the one that looks the same from both sides, does it matter, I cannot tell any real difference from either side...
