I can not see the oil level in the clear window by the engine. Thought to be safe i should change it. Can anyone tell me the steps to do so I am new to the blaster world. Also what kind of oil should i put in when i change it. Thanks for any help

1. warm bike up
2. take bolt out on the bottom of the engine
3. let oil drain
4. put plug back in
5. remove oil fill cap
6. fill with 650ml of oil
7. put oil fill cap back on

you can use 10-30 motor oil or atf or get some 2 stroke tranny oil from you dealer

ohh hand i cant tell ya how much oil... but i can tell you to use a oil made for atvs/motorcycles/dirt bikes for wet clutch.. dont use a automotive oil as the additives in it wil cause your clutch to slip.. 10-40 works good for summer.. or can go 20-40 or 20-50 if you ride extremely hard and in hot weather

AND AGAIN DO NOT USE SUTOMOTIVE OIL ( FOR CAR/TRUCK) UNLESS YOU HATE YOUR CLUTCH

get your motor warmed up, shut down, put a pan under it, unscrew oild drain plug on bottom of the motor, stand it up on its assend if it's too tight, to get at it easier, get it loose, drain all oil, and refill with any 2 stroke trans oil, i'm using the honda stuff now, but have used bel ray gearsaver in the past, fill with the amount written beside your oil fill cap, near your kicker
.6 sumthin liters, i think, or to the top line in the window, run it a little and check again, add if needed

Thanks for the help guys. I find its near impossible to tell how much is in there thru the clear window.

Thanks for the help, after I change it how long should it be before it should be changed again?

depends on how much and how hard ya run, i've already changed it every month in the summer, and use a good 2 stroke gear oil, it's under 10 bucks, no 10w- 40 sh*t
