First of all i was going to change to spark plug and oil today.

So it turns out the spark plug was snap tight in but just about managed to get it out and put new 1 in.

Any way when on to changing the oil but when i tryed to undo the bold at the bottom of the engine it just rounded straight off ( Seems to be snap tight in as well) How can i get it ot now???

The guy i bought this quad is a ripoff the plug in it was BR8EG and the oil coming out is black reeds where missing and so on to much to list.

I have put £250 so far and havent even had chance to try start it for the 2 months i have had it from all the problemsX(

So its nothing really bad then.

Ill have to order some V grips now.
Also i have a vitos block of kit coming so i can just wait for that , hopfully want be long now been 11 days.

Are those magnet drain bolts on ebay any good?

Seems I heard of one of those magnetic plugs losing it's magnet and trashing a trans. If the plug it'sself is magnatized it should be good. Or get a standard plug and epoxy a small magnet to the head.

Like Cole said it looks like you just need a clutch cover gasket, your blockoff kit should come with one.
As for the oil plug. next time I would check and make sure you have the right size socket on it, and use a 6 point not a 12 point or open end...
I suppose if I were you, I would pull the clutch case off and let it drain. put it back on to keep contaminants out, then tilt your bike up and use a little map gas torch to apply a bit of heat..... be careful and stop before your strip it anymore. some heat and a good pair of vice grips (if you cant get a six point socket that fits on it anymore) should do it. takeing the oil out is just so it will heat up, if there is oil on the other side of where you heat it, it will not get hot.
Also I dont realaly think there is anything to wrong about the br8eg plug, I ran br8es,which is common. the important thing is the (8) which is the heat range. supposedly the EG will foul less often.

You might need to drill out a nut that will fit over the drain plug, then weld them together, get the proper size socket then it will come out.

Iill wait for my block off kit to come and try do it at the same time.

I havent got a welder or carnt weld
So if i carnt do it with vice grips ill have to hacksaw a line in the bolt and try unscrew it with a falt head screw driver.

Just to make sure i aint turning the bolt rong way if i lift the quad up on its back wheels (Like if my heads by the front bumper) I do unscrew it anticlockwise right?

And where can i get a drain plug from it will cost Around $60 for 1 shipped to UK on ebay - And carnt find 1 on ebay.co.uk

or will this fit?
