So for some reason the trans fluid is running out the overflow and i have no idea why. first i thought cause i was hitting alot of bumps and stuff while on trails, but i realized today when i was running it down the street it was leaking when it warmed up but the engine oil light is on. when i am idling the light is off. does the oil weight matter? if i have 10w-40 in it will that effect it?

yeah as above the light is for the 2 stroke mix, nothing to do with the trans fluid 
have you recently refilled the trans fluid? maybe to much fluid?
If it was me i would drain the old out, and put new in. 650 Ml i believe is the correct amount, assuming your crank seals are good, you shouldn't ever need to top up

sounds to me like you put to much oil in the tranny thats why its comming out the breather tube...drain it out and put in 650ML......the oil light is a joke and its for the oil tank in the back...if i where you i would ditch that injection system and premix...
Had the same prob time a while a go, check the crank seals. If it leaks it pressurize the trans and push the oil out. Is the oil on the white side almost like if there is water in?
