i have alot of oil on my flywheel (pouring out) is that normal or do i have
to replace the seal or seals????? and do i have to split the case to replace
the seals?

crank seal is bad, needs replaced, no you dont have to split the cases, i have a brand new set of "hot rods" seals, $20 shipped ??? pm me

thanks could you tell me the easiest way to pop bothe the oil seals out? and could that
make my motor not rev right??

You will have to get a flywheel puller they are like 25.00 at the dealer or you can find then on ebay for like 15.00. Pull the flywheel off and drill 2 small holes in the middle of the seal across from each other making sure you dont run the drill bit too deep, just far enough that you go through the metal in the seal. Then get two drywall screws and screw in the holes and go in just far enough to get a good bite and use pliers to grab the screws and pull the seal out. (It is best to tilt the bike to the right so the oil in the case doesnt come out when you pull the seal out). Get your new seal which (Awk has a great buy on) lol. put some grease on the inside ring of the seal where it matches up with the crank and put gasket sealer on the outside out the seal and slide it up flus with the case and get either a 1" or 1 1/4" PVC pipe to drive the seal in. You will need either a air compressor to take the nut off that holds the flywheel on or chain vise grips to hold the flywheel to get the nut broke loose and make sure to put threadlock back on the nut when you put it back on and torque it around 40-45lbs. I hope this helps, its not hard to do and only takes about 30min. the first time you do it. I think i covered everything but someone else might know a better way of doing it.

thanks alot man ill try that i bought some on ebay they should be here tomorrow or the next day. im sure it doesnt help that i have a small hole from when the chain broke on the part of the case that is by the front sprocket by the flywheel either... thats prolly leaking big time air!! thanks
