oil leaking from shifter

i have a oil leak from the seal on the shifter and is it hard to change? Also the bike will start if you drag it 10 feet and start first kick after that but to kick start cold almost impossible first quad so help a fella out!!I:I

That seal pops right out, just buy a new one at your local dealer.

if its harde to remove put a screw in and pull
