oil injection

i bought a 2003 blaster the previous owner said it was set up for premix it does not have an oil tank but i took the side cover off and the pump is still on it do i need to get a block off kit or is it ok thanks

I still have mine on. If you ever need to take the clutch cover off. I would remove the gear from the pump just to reduce drag on the motor, or delete it then.

Is the oil line still running to the carb from the pump. If not make sure where the oil line was is blocked off. that can be a major air leak.

Its possible he deleted it by leaving the pump on it. Some pics will help us tell you if it is deleted. But it wouldn't hurt to get the kit, or make one yourself.

The kit is not needed, just disable the pump by removing the drive gear.

it doesnt have the line 2 the carb instead a plug but not sure if it has the gear will let you guys know tomorrow

Is the barb on carb plugged or just the case
