The 2nd admenent doesn't just day the right to bare arms. There's more too it that people leave ou. A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

A militia. Since when have we had militias fighting for states.? Since the revolutionary war! We the people can't form a militia and kill without it being an act of terrorism. Then charged and sentanced. Also this law is in place for those who try to purchase fully automatic rifles that have 30rd cartridges. Not hunting rifles.
