that is definately odd
i see the blaster frame/suspension, 300ex rear plastics, not sure what that front end is with the lights where they are ?
but why does it have the battery/box if it's a 2 stroke ??

awk i would guess the battery is a carry over from the dt250 bike, which was enduro with lights, signals and what not.

I have 1 of those engines but I would have that pipe ripped off imediatly

That pipe gives it about 2" of ground clearance. lol

I was thinking of using a dt250 motor for a hybrid but the stock pipe on mine is high
