wait do you have a fmf header pipe like the fatty right off the cylinder or just the powercore 2 silencer? what was your compression? did you do a leakdown test?

I only have the silencer, I haven't messured the compression yet I don't have the tester or a leak tester.

I'm confused as hell. Do you have the pipe AND the silencer, or did you just mount a silencer to a stock pipe?......which does little to nothing.

Yes i've taken the reeds out and checked them, they were in good condition. it has a new plug and good spark. it was only the plate that went over the gear, kind of like a washer

Thats not a washer, that is part of the gear. It holds the gear together it is part of the Balancer Driven Gear you need to look into this as well.

I know it's not a washer, I just didn't know how else to descibe the part or name of it. I heard that you don't necessarily need it on there, it only keeps the motor from rattiling so much, which in time could damage other internal things but I don't plan on actually running it without that anyways, just trying to get this thing running first then fix that.

dont think its gettin oil ive used 2 takes of gas an blew the rings thats how i figgured it out.. any sugjestions on how to fix or how to bypass the injection please let me no

My piston is fine, I think I might have blew my rings though. I'm gonna get a compression tester and see for sure. They have pistons on ebay for $18??
