Not bent grab bar

Just curious but, how does a grab bar break?

I wish I knew. It was bent in the past and he came off the track and it had cracked threw where it goes from the flat part to the round bar.

Is welding beyond question?

Yep it is not sure what grab bar it was maybe not the original one. Got one off of Ebay so we are good now.
