Noob rebuild and questions

If you have rebuilt to the same specs then the motor should run as before, and require no jet changes. Any change in performance could mean wrong assembly or an air leak somewhere.

If you have done any mods which could increase the air flow, either in and out of the cylinder a jet change is in order.

Please give some more info so others can reply.

I went 20 over and had a shop build it. Could a exhust leak cause it or am I just expecting to much after a full exhust and jet kit. Then my piston snapped so I put a wesico piston in it. Will all these mod give it more bottom end power.

Did you fit a new pipe, if so which type and brand? Did you fit up the carb and boot yourself?

I have a full fmf exhust and a stage one jet with exhust

I bought a dyno jet with stage one and stage 2. I put the 240 main jet and it ran like sh*t so I went a couple jets down.

Should I go one up and see what it does. And take air box lid off. I just don't want to mess it up
