no spark

the sparkplug cap may be bad. uhmm bad ground on your coil. all wires plugged in right. start with the basics man

disconnect the kill switch see what happens

Go one better, assuming this is an 88-02, disconnect the blk/wht wire from the cdi. This is the whole kill circuit including the TORS. If you still don't have a spark with that disconnected, then you have an actual ignition problem, that will require a bit of work with a meter. (manual starting on pg 7-6)

If you don't have the manual yet, download from www.rydindirty.com/blastermanual.pdf

take off the dam tors if you havnt already. if you did check that your kill and key swich open and close right with a multimeter i had the same problem
