So, I have a 2006 blaster which has no spark. I have replaced the cdi box, woodruf key, Pickup coil, Ignition coil, Source coil, Lighting coil and stator plate. The engine is a fresh rebuild and was running for about 15 hours, than it suddenly decided to act like it ran out of gas, but it didn't. I think that the TORS system is fine because it wasn't bogging at all. This blaster has been out of commission for about tow months, And it is getting very tiring not riding.

Seems like you have replaced everything that is associated with spark.Did you check out your grounds.If you have already replaced these items with new parts,seems like to me there is a grounding problem.Did you paint the frame at all before this happened.Anyways check the grounds and see if maybe that is your problem.
