No Spark!!! plz help

I just bought this blaster for $200 and put the top end back on it and threw it back together now im not getting any spark. I dont know what the history is on it i bought it from some stoner lol. I have cleaned all the ground points and went threw the ignition to see if the wires were carowded and nothing was. I also went threw the whole wiring harness and redid all of it and still no spark. If you have any suggestions plz let me know. Thats all that i need to run this thing. Drop a comment or a pm plz.

Bypass TORS system and check again.

your flywheel will not work if the magnets have a substantial amount of rust on them so check the tors and spark plug first to eliminate the easier stuff before u remove the flywheel thats the same problem i had on my 02

hey i have thart prblem but i replaced the coil disconected the throtel tor. and took the flywheel off and it has lil specs of rust not much at all. idk what my problem is. anyone know? i have no spark still.

well i got my fixed got my exhaust welded up and went riding yesterday and blew out my back tire and the flang bolt hole in the jug was stripped and lost the bolt and it was load as all hell lol. I had a good day tho but im in the process of bolting the exhaust back up but its so f*ckin hot out i dont wanna do it but its the only way to get done. I am lookin for new chrome rims and itp tires for a decent price.

ya mine did that to but i checked all that and it wont spark my fly wheel doesnt have much rust at all

well i already did. i changed that and the coil. and i pulled the generater off and its not covered in rust. barly any

When you disconnected the TORS, did you disconnect everything, or just the throttle. If you did just the throttle, there is no way its going to spark, read the whole process in my previous post.

There are 3 to unplug.

This explains it all, read this, it is there so we dont have to keep explaining the same problems over and over again. It gets very tedious and boring. I dont mind helping you out, but please read the sticky post and do the below before asking again.

1. throttle
2. carb
3. Brain (located under the hood)

Unhook all three....3....III....all of them....

Then post if it works or not.

I am in the process of tryin to find a FMF Power Core 2 silencer for it. so let me know how much if anyone has one and included shipping to 61523.

Make sure the flywheel is on good and the key is not "sheered" or broken. The key that goes in the flywheel is called a woodruff key. My key broke and it let my flywheel turn on the crank a little. Mine was running like crap and then it eventually got where it would not run at all.
