No silencer?

I took my silencer off today to see about repacking it. It is stock so it probably needs it. While it was off I cranked the quad and rode it around the yard for a minute. It sounds SWEET, a little loud, but I like it. My question is will it hurt my engine to run it this way?

no but you will lose power....

yea the right side pipe fell offf the banshe man did it sound nice,i thought no silencer will do dammage

no you will just loose some power... it will slightly effect the jetting but not enough to worrie about it... i used to un cap the fmf on my 250r for day time riding in the winter

Seemed to rev faster and had more power, in the low end anyway. I was just tooling around the yard.
