ok awhile back i bought a 250r rear schock. Now the adjuster at the botttom of the shock wouln't work. Why not? there is no nitrogen in it and it needs shock oil( it doesnt leak oil. Just needs fresh oil) SO why woulnt it adjust?

its probably turned one or another all the way and is now bound. if you have lost your nitrogen fill the shock seals are worn. filling it again will result in the same. there are many great videos and link around the web that show you how to rebuild that shock yourself for less then $50

Where do you guys get gas nitrogen at? I've been told the dealer has some. I was contemplating putting about 8 more psi/each in my 2 works shocks up front. They were valved for a 160lb rider.....I'm 190-200 right now. :)
