got a blaster and i replaced the coil and plug but still no spark so im gonna try to get a 12v tester and track my way through the system. prob is i cant get a tester! im on a tight schedule and dnt wanna ride my bicycle to town and get one lol is this the way to go?

you have to get one, give your parents cash to pick one up, find somewhere that's open late enough to get it, or early enough.

Like I said the other day, Walmart. I got a nice litle digital multimeter there a couple of months ago. I'm not a huge Walmart fan, but it was cheap. Like $17? You want it to be a digital meter or you can't test the pulse coil easily.

A test light is handy too, but it won't tell you nearly as much.
