i figure since i have a fatty pipe and air filter and jet kit i think the next thing to unleash the beast would be v-force 3 reeds right? i want to buy some new paddles 1st then 2nd v-force reeds 3rd maybe a toomey pipe and silencer...any suggestions i dont want to do any major upgrades though like carbs or boring

Boyeson dual's are a good marriage with a stock motor, I would not go to the expense of V Force, you wont reap much benefit if any on an unported motor.

Advancing the timing up to 4deg will give you a little more.

Using a Castor blend oil should also give a little increase of power due to its ring sealing properties.

A reed spacer block can improve the bottom response a little.

if I was you bud just go with some porting if you can,it's the best bang for the buck,as far as reeds go I run vitos dual stage reeds in my vitos 240,a reed spacer is good but can be bad to because when you run a spacer you run another gasket, make sure to instal the spacer with the gaskets without the carb and look to see if any of the gasket is sticking up into the intake and if there is take a marker and color the part of the gasket poking thrue then cut the gasket so that it doesn't stick thrue,I find the best way to cut them is with RC car body scissors but if you don't want to buy them just get some cuticle scissors they work great and are cheap you can get them from walmart or the dollar store, and if you do run a degree in timing go with the stater mod the stater plates you buy are a rip off seeing that you can just mod yours, and your going to need a flywheel puller to take it off and install it but you can get them off of eBay for like $12 I use a tusk model it works great,oh yeah and toomey are great pipes but if you can get a phantom pipe kit there right hand bend pipes and they don't restrict air flow to the motor, but I run a Duncan fat boy 2 and I'm just going to run some aluminum racing air shrouds to make up the air restrictions caused by the inframe header pipe,at the end of the day it's all in what you want buddy.
