I just got my engine together and noticed oil leaking from a threaded hole on the left side. I'm at work and just thought to ask so I can't take a pic but I will when I get home.

The left case is new and I'm thinking maybe there is supposed to be a plug in this hole, but my old one didn't have anything in it.

The hole is in front of the shift shaft, kind of on the bottom side.

Just looked in the parts catalog and there is no parts going into that hole. KOR case saver use's that mounting hole that looks to have a bolt broken off in. arrow pointing to it. The hole with oil in it I will have a look at mine after work. I'm sure its a dead end hole.

Yeah install a bolt in there.

Oil flow out of the hole when you tilt the quad on its side?

I noticed it leaking while I kicked the motor over. I've got some carb issues to deal with before I run it, but I need to plug that hole first.

Had a look on my engine and on mine its a dead end hole. Maybe your one had been drilled out?
