The most common way is to put pictures on a third party photograph hosting website (photobucket, tinypic etc etc) and post the "IMG code"

sign up for a tinypic.com account
upload your pics to there, then look for the .IMG code for forums/message boards
copy and paste that into your message box here and the pic will magically appear when you post it
and btw....you can go back to any message you posted, as those "failed" pics above, click "edit" at the bottom right of that post, then click "advanced" to delete them
