that cylinder should still be .003 to .004 bigger than the piston, and are you sure theres not pieces of an old piston down inside jamming the crank ?????

I have to tear the bottom end apart and take a look.

There were little pieces of metal in the crankcase. Scarred the case up just a bit but I should be able to sand it back smooth. I am having more trouble with this rebuild than it is worth!! HAHA!! Also having the cylinder honed .002 just to make sure that crap didn't come off of my piston (which looks to be fine).

aha! there you go. i would chsnge those crank bearings hey, they probably all screwed up now from the debris

I don't feel any play in the bearings so they are staying. I am also replacing all the seals while I have it torn down. Any body in N. Alabama want to buy a Blaster when I get it done? HAHA!!!
