i put a used topend on my new bike from my old bike and it wouldnt start. Has good spark maybe it wasnt gettting fuel. I sprayed some carb cleaner in the carb and it fired right up has good reeds btw. Also it has a MAJOR AIR LEAK on the clutch side but i think there isnt any fluid in there anyways i am just starting it to see it runs then ill put in the clutch seals when they get here.
I opened up the carb and the main jet is a 300 anyone got a stock one? also the pilot is 32.5 isnt the stock 32?

Here is my questions

Does there need to be a washer under the main jet? MY other bike has one but not this.

What is the stock pilot jet?

Anyone have a stock 230 main jet?

Could a major air leak and no filter make it not start? (just to start is i wouldnt drive it like this lol)

Oh and I forgot to mention, you should have that brass washer for under the main jet, you don't need it but you should get it if you don't have it.

Sounds like your not getting fuel like you said. An air leak plus no filter will be lean for sure. Why would u need a stock main jet? Even romoving the airlid would require a larger one I would think.

just wait till you get the seals replace them, then worry about getting it started. While its down go through and give the carb a good going through and cleaning.
