I just traded a 98 Grizzly 600 for a Blaster with a professionally rebuilt 240cc engine. Runs like a scalded cat. However the brakes (drum front)(mechanical rear) are a pain. Can anyone tell me where/how to upgrade them????
my front cable brakes work prety well with new hardware. with a little thought you can pretty much put any small hydro caliper on the back you just need to fab up some brackets.
u get an 03+ carrier and 03+ rears hydros. thats the simplest way to swap em without fabrication. or u u can get the 03+ hydros and u have to fab a rear mount for em also simple but requires fabrication skills. and the front u gotta buy the hubs, rotors, and spindles along with ur brake lines.
