it says only 600ml its a little bit more than half of a quart. ive completely drained it and filled it with exactly that much.. thats why im completely lost...
reads right about full when 600ml in it...

Are you sure it's oil from the tranny and not oil from the motor (I know it's impossible to tell since they both use gear oil)?
If I had to guess I would say it's rather a seal or bad piston ring. Then again I have never worked on a two stroke. Marvel Mystery Oil might be the answer to your problem.

lol nah, i want to get a 400ex... i found one locally with a big bore kit and bars and all sorts of goodies for 2000
im looking to get atleast 1500. it comes with a box of parts including extra head, crank, sprockets etc. and a frame, a arms, swingarm, 2 tanks, plastics... soooo much stuff. need to get rid of it to buy this 400ex
OH and i made the hose longer... and put a catch bottle just in case... it almost filled a small water bottle... WTF is going on with it??? lol idk what to do.
