do both tires have the same amount of air in them ?

if so, i'd move on to measuring the axle for squareness to the frame, i like to measure off the rounded part right behind the rear peg bolt to the center of the axle, on both sides

I think it's air in the front and back I had a warrior that would do the same thing I filled them all to the exact same psi and it did it quite a bit less. so mabey thats what your problem is.

So you just replaced the two rear tires? Pressures are the same in each? Sounds like a front brake is hanging up due to cable/worn parts. lift the front spin each tire once any resistance? Now turn the bars to the left and do it then to the right and do it any resistance on the tire spin? Do the rotate the same or approximately the same rotations? If not sounds like the cable is binding/needs adjusted. Make sure the front tires have same amount of air in them too!
