New Rear Pads Too Tight????

So I replaced my rear pads the other day and when I fully tightened the three allen screws it totally locks up the rear pads. All the adjustments on the cables are all the way in so i have no idea what it can be. :-/X(

you gotta take the cover back off, then remove the guts with the white plastic adjuster on it, flip it over and screw the pin into the unit, put it back in , while holding it in tight, screw the white adjuster in till the pads just touch the rotor, then put the cover on, and recheck, might take a few try's, go here, really good thread, mine work like a champ now.................but i didnt get the "shorty cable", the stock one with the emergency cable works

Thanks, after doing what you said a few times i've finally gotten it to where its not locking up. There's still more drag than I would actually want but that should go away as the pads wear.

pull it back apart and loosen that screw another quater turn, you'll be good to go
