maier plastics if you go to their direct site they always have closeouts,,but ur limited in color choice.. i think they are the only after market company that makes blaster plastic..you can always get a nice set of oem plastics on ebay
stock is fine with me. when i bought the bike it had new front and rear plastic but it was purple and the tank cover and cowl is orange but had been painted white with a orange seat. looks like crap
not very hard to paint plastics, grab some krylon fusion, sand paper, and your ready. im gonna get a race front black and get a new rear plastic and paint it black
Krylon is not gas and oil resistant. Get rust-o-leum engine enamel from the local auto parts store. Its gas and oil resistant and will bond to plastic great after a liitle 1000 grit or better sand paper, you can bend the plastics without any cracking or splintering. My few cents
