Yea man at 45 degrees I'll wear a hoody under my jersey, but thats it besides the normal.

i dont even wear my jersey.. lil small for me ..sits but its on the snug side..

my normaly riding gear for nice weather is jeans, boosts, 10 holes for laces so they go over the ankle tied tight to help support ankle, tee shirt, sweetshirt, helmet goggles and mechanics gloves ( the nice ones with the knuckle padding) and the wallet in the truck so i dont snag my wallet chain on thees lol
