Sorry had an error with my post.

As said, stock Swingarm can be found on EBay, cheap. I would go with an extended, like a +3 or +4 while you are doing it anyway. you can have a stocker extended or buy a custom longer swingarm, etc.

Lights you can do tons of things with, custom, banshee type, led's, stock lights, etc. no, do not need a keyed ignition for lights, or to run the bike at all, really. just bypass it.

Your CDI should be there and good, as the bike starts and runs right? Wiring harness there and in tact?

Drain plug just get it out, change oil, and replace plug with updated magnetic type, good to go.

Tires are abundantly available, pick one of many styles, and either do 18x11x8 or 20x11x8 for the rear, choice is yours. Stock tire/size on front is fine, upgrades are also all over the place for those as well.

A-Arm can be found on ebay, cheap. Find a used set of banshee front shocks while shopping to add a nice upgrade to the front end.

Should be able to get back together fairly easily and inexpensive, just shop smart, let us know what ya need if you have problems finding it, etc.

We are always here to help...

what i was refering to is the trans case where you put fluid there are 2 lines 1 is 2 black hoses and one clear the clear one runs back over the chain, when i first started it was pouring out over the chain it was way overfilled i guess the guy used the fluid to grease the chain, the black lines dont seem to go anywhere where they maybe from oil injection, the clear lhoes looks like a ventalation tube thats the one i am concerned with at the monment

if the clear one comes from the actual engine case, its the gearbox vent. the other ones are for the oil injection. make sure the port on the carb is plugged

thanks for the help i got everything figured out, now i can clean it up and start installing some parts i got, i paid 200 i got 600 in parts, all pretty much cosmetic, it runs great but the problems it has are a cracked swingarm, bent lower a arm, all bushings and bearings need replacement, all plastic is shot, but i think i got it at a steal!

I have a full front set of Delron injected race bushings, for your A-Arms... Figured while you are replacing the broken one you can pull all of them, clean um up/paint um, and reinstall with these bushings.

I can donate them to this project if ya feel you will use them, lemme know, and I will send them over to ya. Have an extra set, don't need um...
