Hi everyone. I have had my blaster for awhile but just recently found the forum. I dont know much about quads. Im more of a diesel and old truck guy but always willing to try something new.

I got a few issues with my blaster. I dont know what year it is but hre we go
- I dont get spark unless i hold the throttle in alittle. So it wont idle or start easy

- The wiring harness is all hacked together with wire nuts and house wire!
can i get a new one??

-I have to mix the gas cause the oil pump went bad? is this a normal thing?

welcome to the forum the oil pump thing is a problem for alot of people an as for the wire harness i got one off ebay its not hard to change out all of the wires are colored an have connections if you can find a wiring diagram its simple

Thanks guys. I went to the local shop today and ordered sem gaskets and the clip i need. still got to get the coil box. Guy there told me how to bypass the TORS so im going to do that tomorrow.

Welcom to the forum. Bypassing the tors should fix your spark problem. Make sure the oil tube that goes into the right side of the carb is pluged if your premixing and not using the oil injection.

OK. it not plugged right not and i bypassed the TORS and it will only idle but wont rev up. Would the oil thing not being plugged have anything to do with the idle???

also how hard are the brakes to work on? mine are not hooked up at all and look like there pretty well done for any options???
