Ok so i just tore down my blaster and rebuild it painted and all. I just put the motor on today and hooked up the carb. The hose did not reach all the way but i took a foam piece and some metal and little fasteners that tighten the foam. I put those on there and it was super tight and looked good. The brand new top end started in 5 kicks and as soon as i started it it just went full throttle all by itself. I adjust the carb idle down to hardly anything and it still did this. Here is the weird part. When it was doing this i turned the choke ON and it rev like an awesome qaud. So i dont know what to do please help

yeah you have an airleak . did you re-use any gaskets like the base gasket or head gasket? did you torque the headbolts , are the jug bolts tight? did you use a gasket against the reed cage? did you use some good copper/silicone gasket sealer on the reed cage and the carb manifold mating surfaces? did you make ANY changes like remove the airbox lid? or drill air holes in the airbox?

I got all new gaskets for everything except the stator cover. I did not use any sealer for the reed cage or the carb. i dont know how much air it could suck in because 1 second after i kick it it is screaming like i am pinning it

The reed cage is a bad leakage place. I would recommend some rtv silicone on the reed cage gasket because for some reason that is always the first spot to leak air. Also remove your tors. It is a headache and will rule out future problems.

this would be nicto know what fixes yours. mine does the same thing but my carb is f*ucked and i figured that was my problem bc if i turn the gas about half way on it runs decent aqnd if i turn it on all the way it pours out of all creases in the carb and everywhere (someone jb welded it together in a few spots and there is wood screws hanging out of it) but if i turn the gas down or close to off it idles wayyy high like im pegging it and the only way to stop it is to stall it out and kill it. the kill switch wont do it.

What hose are you talking about? Look to see that the slide actually closes all the way. Do you still have/use oil pump? is line on carb or nipple pluged? What did you rebuild?
Way more info would help end the guessing .

Sorry i was gone for a week in WI. I was reading up and thinking this may be my problem since i have just mixed gas instead of using that thing. Where is this nipple i have to plug??
