Hey so i just bought a freshly rebuilt motor for my blaster and put it in so i took it out to ride after breaking it in and when i would go more then like half throttle the bike would not go any faster and giving it more gas would just rev the engine like if it was in neutral or with the clutch in. Then i rode it the next day and could not get it past 20mph no matter what gear.

Clutch is slipping, id bet the pressure plate isnt put on correctly, the is a dot on the plate that lines up to a doton the boss, if not in time the ppressure plate is held out away from clutch plates very slightly. If its in time was the pressure plate adjusted properly, as so that the lever arrow points to arrow on case,

That could be the cause of the problem, I doubt that it is designed for wet clutch application.

It is very important that the transmission oil in a wet clutch box contains no friction modifiers!

80w90 is pretty thick oil, an gear oil usually has friction modifiers in it. Flush the trans case, replace the clutch, make sure its assembled and adjusted properly, then fill it with bel ray gear saver 80, or type f tranny fluid

only my opinion...get rid of that heavy 80w oil it is going to kill your clutch, put the 10w30 in get it at a dealer,or the type f tranny oil that you can find at autoparts stores.

it hold 650ml no more no less it is written on side of bottle, its almost like 3/4 of a quart, but important that you measure it :)
