hope you like the pics. i will take more after a few days when i get some vent tube and a bigger fuel line from the tank to carb. thanks dually you are the man. and awk thanks for seling it to him so i could snag it ahahaha.

lookin good bro, that'll take 5/8ths fuel line, but your petcock will have a 1/4" fitting, just leave a little piece of the old line on there and slide the new larger line over it, but altimately that 5/8ths inlet on that carb should be fed by that size petcock, to prevent it from runnin outta fuel
i got a brand new banshee petcock from ebay for $20, that feeds my 34mm pj all the fuel it'll ever need, bolts right in our tank

ill have to look into that petcock deal, dually was sayin i could bore the stocker out a tad to get it right. but ill check for a shee one . also the main was a 130, that seems kinda small....but then again the stock carb i had was runnin a 320 main. and i know the numbers are way off. seems like it wouldnt run very rich ith all your mods awk.

i never even pulled it outta the garage, so i dont know about the main, the pilot was so rich i couldnt see for all the smoke, hahahaa
but i'd check with other 30mm users for a baseline, i know slickerthanyou just did a thread about the same thing, look for his thread, or pm and ask him

Paulie B did a nice write up on modding the blasty petcock.Heres the link.
DIY hi-flow fuel petcot - E2S

Now go get that thing mounted and get over here so we can get the jetting dialed in.lol Like I don't have enough to do already.haha

looks like that notch for the boot might cause an air leak

but maybe not

yeah i thought about that BUT the notch is about an inch back from where the clamp holds on. plus when i get to the final install i am going to use a little clear grease to seal it up good on the rubber to rubber joint.
