I would not pay for a brand new Blaster seeing that at least 25% of the parts would be swapped out for aftermarket ones.

I agree with the others, payment plan sounds fishy. No contract or signed agreement? Forget that!! If I was going to have a quad payment, I would rather have a brand new YFZ or Raptor 700R. And the payments would probably be less per month! Even if the term was alot longer.
