Hey guys, i bought an 02 blaster a week ago, the clutch cable was shot along with quite a bit of other stuff but anyways i tried to tackle the clutch issue tonight. I just put a new cable on and that didnt do the trick. I put it in 1st gear and rolled it with the clutch engaged, but that turned the engine over. The cable is plenty tight. Im not sure if the clutch itself is bad or what. Please help, thanks!

Cap9709.

K, I would download the free manual from here. This is a huge plus.

Because, I dont think or feel at what I am hearing from you, that you have a cable issue, but a internal clutch issue.

Its possible, someone took it apart and did not put something back together right,

for example.

the clutch plate and clutch boss have marks, like round dots, that line up with one another, so there are some things to look at it.

it does mean draining the oil from the case, as when you split it, its going to leak out. just a fyi. if you are unknown to some of that.

pictures of it, help to, sometimes we can see right away, something not right, and other times no so much. but that free manual is really going to help you in many areas.

Have lives lol. Where can I get this free manual?

If im not, i got familiy plans.

But there is a great core of people here, that really know there stuff and can help.

Just think, of explaining as much detail you can, i know it's hard, cuz u dont know what stuff is called yet. but the pictures will help and u can explain from there.

(READ THAT MANUAL)
