New 2 stroke to the collection

Picked this up yesterday for $500. I plan on a full resto with upgrades. It's an '85 and overall in pretty good condition. What it needs so far: A real good cleaning, new plastics, a full strip down and will media blast everything, swinger bearings, front tire, kickstart lever, rebuild forks, and a new shock. From what I see so far, it's all stock except a Keihin carb (dunno what size it is yet) and a DG silencer. Don't know what's been done to the motor until I take it apart.

Yep, she'll be brought back to life. It's gonna take time and some bucks, but this beast deserves it.

I pulled the pipe and carb. The pipe got a sandblast treatment and is ready for paint. The carb was cleaned and everything is in order there. It's a 36mm PJ. Stock was a 34 mikuni. Also started to detail the frame a bit, and it's in near perfect shape. It looks like it was powdercoated recently. I was gonna redo the frame, but I think I'll leave it as is. Tomorrow I'll pull the motor and hit it with walnut shells to clean it up. I also have fork seals and a kicker in the mail. Maybe I'll send Flotek a pm and see if he wants to port this thing! Thanks for the replies guys. This thing is gonna make me broke, I can feel it. Just won a craptor shock on ebay, ordered all new bearings, bars, grips, petcock, and new cables. Now to find a front tire...why such a goofy size Kawi?

22-11-10. I can find the size, but they are all rear tires.
